Built and operated a cleaning and gardening business in Broome that received work orders directly from plan managers — including Helping Minds and other Kimberley providers — then invoiced NDIS at approved rates. Knows the NDIS pricing framework inside out: remote loading, Category 02 General Transport, flat zone agreements. No hand-holding required — this operator can bill NDIS from day one.
